Based on the book of the same title, an application was created containing text and illustrations with interactive elements – maps, sounds, additional descriptions, animations and simple games. The key story, however, is the story about difficult issues in life during World War II as seen through the eyes of a little girl. All this, however, takes place without awakening in children an unhealthy fascination with violence, and at the same time it helps to talk about the cruelty of war in a way accessible to young people. The book is based on the personal memories of the author – a Polish prose writer, poet, author of fairy tales and poems for children, professor of humanities. There is also an audiobook version of Asiunia read by Agata Kulesza (free)
